Crispy cucumbers "Chili" for a liter jar: a simple recipe for a tasty snack for winter

Pickled cucumbers for the winter can be prepared with mustard, turmeric, as well as with ketchup and tomato juice. Cucumber salads with different vegetables and spices are also very tasty.
Culinarian Ivanna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, crispy cucumbers with chili ketchup that will be moderately spicy.
Ingredients:
- dill stalk
- cherry leaves
- horseradish leaves
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- cucumbers
Marinade:
Per 1.2 liters of water:
- salt - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 250 g
- vinegar - 150 ml
- ketchup - 1 packet
Method of preparation:
1. At the bottom of the jars lay out horseradish leaves, cherries, dill, garlic and top with cucumbers.
2. Marinade: add salt, sugar, ketchup, vinegar and bring to a boil. Pour the marinade over the cucumbers, cover with lids and sterilize for 8-10 minutes from the moment of boiling.
3. Once this is done, can the cucumbers, turn the jars upside down and leave to cool completely.
