The simplest delicious homemade crumble if based on shortcrust pastry. You can use jam, berries, cottage cheese, and nuts for the filling.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • butter - 200 g
  • sugar - 250 g
  • flour - 400 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • baking powder - 10 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

For the filling:

  • apples - 4 pcs.
  • cinnamon - to taste
  • sugar - to taste
  • a piece of butter

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the butter and grind. Add one egg and flour with baking powder, knead the dough and divide it into two parts, one smaller and one larger. Put the smaller part in the freezer and the larger part in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. To make the filling, peel and grate the apples and squeeze out the juice. Put them in a frying pan with butter and stew, adding cinnamon.

3. Spread most of the dough in a parchment-lined baking dish, making a small border. Top with apples and sprinkle with grated dough from the freezer (using a coarse grater). Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
