Bagels can be a great alternative to pies, buns, and even cakes. To make them quickly, you can use ready-made puff pastry.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, crispy bagels made from puff pastry with apples.

Ingredients:

  • puff-yeast dough - 500 g
  • apples - 2-3 pcs.
  • sugar
  • egg

Method of preparation:

1. Roll out the dough a little and cut it into strips, 3-4 cm wide.

2. Cut the apples into rings, remove the center, and cut in half again.

3. Wrap each piece in dough.

4. Put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sugar.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C.
