Creamy salmon soup for a quick lunch: an easy recipe
Soups are the best dish for a light, quick and tasty lunch. In winter, soups are best made to be hearty, and you can use fish, meat, seasonal vegetables, and spices.

Ingredients:
- Salmon - 300 g
- Potatoes - 5 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Leek - 1 pc.
- Cream cheese - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes, grate the carrots, cut the onions into rings.
2. Cut the salmon into medium slices.
3. Fry the onions and carrots in olive oil until golden brown.
4. Boil the potatoes until tender, add the fish, onions and carrots, and cream cheese.
5. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
6. Cook the soup over low heat for about 15 minutes and serve.
Sprinkle the soup with herbs if you like!
