Tartlets can be prepared with different fillings from boiled eggs, hard and melted cheese. It will also be very tasty if you add mussels, crab sticks, redfish and caviar.
Culinarian Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, easy appetizer tartlets with crab sticks, melted cheese and hard-boiled eggs.
Ingredients:
- tartlets - 7-8 pcs.
- melted cheese - 1 pc.
- crab sticks - 100 g
- boiled egg - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- greens - a bundle
Method of preparation:
1. Grate crab sticks, processed cheese and hard-boiled egg on a coarse grater.
2. Add garlic, salt, pepper to taste, herbs and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
3. Spoon the filling into the tartlets.
