Sandwiches are an appetizer that can be prepared from any ingredients you like. For a more hearty version, it is better to use boiled pork, chicken fillet and cheese, while for a lighter one, you can add fish, cheese, crab sticks, sprats, avocado, caviar and greens.

Sprat sandwiches

Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for quick crab sandwiches with a spread of melted cheese with garlic and herbs.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • round baguette
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • processed cheese - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
  • spices: salt, pepper - to taste
  • crab sticks - 4 pcs.
  • peas/corn/cooked yolk
  • parsley/greens

Preparation method:

1. Boil, cool and grate eggs. Put in a bowl, add garlic, mayonnaise and spices and mix.

Cream cheese spread

2. Slice the baguette and spread the mixture on the baguette slices. Decorate with thinly sliced crabsticks in the form of flower petals. Place corn/slice of egg yolk inside. Garnish with additional greens.
