Courgettes like mushrooms: recipe for an original appetizer for winter

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 2 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - 50 g
- Sugar - 125 g
- Table 9% ocet - 125 ml
- Black pepper - 1 tbsp.
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut courgettes into bars.
2. Add chopped minced garlic, sugar, salt and mix well. Pour in the vinegar and add ground black pepper, mix and cover the dish with a warm cloth and leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
3. Add the chopped herbs.
4. Place the cooked vegetables in sterile jars.
5. Put the jars in a pot of water, bring the water to a boil and sterilize the jars with the vegetables for 15 minutes.
6. Preserve the jars.
