Closed fish pie with cheese and olives for soups and salads: sharing a simple recipe

If you want to make a delicious appetizer pie, choose fish, seafood, vegetables, cheese, olives, herbs, and spices. Such pies go well with soups, salads, broths, and are prepared in a simple way and on different doughs.
Cook Anastasia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light fish pie that you can prepare in just 40 minutes.
Ingredients:
- puff pastry - 1 package
- ayvar - 2 tbsp. l.
- tuna - 2-3 cans
- pitted olives or black olives - 15 pcs.
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- mozzarella - 1 package
- egg - 1 pc.
- Sesame seeds - 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Put the dough on a floured surface.
2. Spread the pastry with the quinoa and top with the tuna.
3. Chop the olives, tomatoes and cheese and place them on the pita bread.
4. Gently fold the dough over to cover the filling.
5. Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Put the pie in a preheated 200 C oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the pie, let it cool slightly and serve!
