Chili cucumbers for winter: how to prepare a crunchy and tasty appetizer

Crispy cucumbers with ketchup - the best appetizer for the winter. The most important thing in the preparation is to make a successful marinade, and also do not spare spices and leaves.
Culinarian Ivanna shared on Instagram a recipe for crispy pickles with chili ketchup, garlic and cherry and horseradish leaves.
Ingredients:
- dill stalk
- cherry leaves
- horseradish leaves
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- cucumbers
Marinade:
Per 1.2 liters of water:
- salt - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 250 g
- vinegar - 150 ml
- chili ketchup - 1 packet
Method of preparation:
1. Marinade: bring water to a boil, add salt, sugar, ketchup, last add vinegar to the water, but no longer on the fire, stir.
2. Place cherry leaves, horseradish, dill and garlic in jars, top with cucumbers. Fill with marinade, close with lids and sterilize for 8-10 minutes from boiling.
3. After that, screw the jar upside down with a rolling wrench and leave it to cool down!
