Childhood puffy cottage cheese casserole: recipe for a successful dish without flour

Homemade cottage cheese casserole is the best breakfast dish and a great alternative to cheesecakes. To make the casserole puffy, add semolina instead of flour to the base.

Ingredients:
- sour milk cheese - 350 g
- milk - 100 g
- semolina - 50 g
- raisins - 50 g
- sugar - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar
- zest of half a lemon
- butter for greasing the mold
Method of preparation:
1. Mix semolina with milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Beat cottage cheese with a blender into a homogeneous mass, add semolina with milk, sugar, eggs and mix.
3. Soak the raisins in boiling water.
4. Add them to the base, add lemon zest, vanilla sugar and mix.
5. Place the mixture in a baking dish lined with parchment and lightly greased with oil. Bake for 40 minutes at 190 C.
