Chicken kebabs with yogurt sauce: the meat will be very juicy
You can make kebabs not only from pork but also from chicken. To make the meat juicy, you need to marinate it well and it is best to use yogurt for the marinade.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and juicy chicken kebab with spices and Greek yogurt on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Fillet – 500 g.
- Dry or regular garlic – 1/2 tbsp or 2-3 cloves.
- Smoked paprika – 1/2 tbsp.
- Black pepper, salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
Additionally:
- Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) – 2 tbsp.
- Sweet chili sauce – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into small pieces. Marinate in a mixture of spices and oil for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water.
3. Put pieces of meat on the skewers and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
4. Sauce: mix yogurt and sweet chili.
5. Remove the kebabs, brush with the sauce, and bake until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cilantro before serving!
