Chicken kebab in the oven: how to cook it properly to make the meat soft and juicy

Chicken fillet is a product suitable for making delicious chops, cutlets, and salads. You can also use the fillet to make kebab, both in the oven and on the grill.

Cook Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for homemade kebabs made from chicken fillet and vegetables, cooked in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • red onion - 2 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • seasoning for chicken - 1/2 tsp.
  • dry garlic - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 2 tsp.
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • water - 1 cup
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the fillet, dry it and cut into cubes about 3x3 cm. Peel the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into squares.

2. Soak wooden skewers in cool water for 10 minutes.

3. Add spices and soy sauce to the meat, mix and refrigerate for an hour to marinate.

4. Then thread the meat onto the skewers mixed with pepper, brush with oil, and bake on a baking sheet for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

5. Pickled onions: chop the onions, pour vinegar and water, salt, mix, let stand for 10 minutes, drain the marinade. Put half of the onion on the dish, then the kebab and sprinkle.
