Ingredients:
- Pork – 1 kg
- Lard
- Nitrite salt – 9 g
- Rock salt – 9 g
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp.
- Granulated garlic – 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Cold water – 35 ml
- Collagen casing
Method of preparation:
1. Cut some of the meat and lard into cubes, add spices, sugar, a little water, mix, and put in a bowl to marinate.
2. Pass the second part of the meat through a meat grinder, then add the minced meat to the meat and lard, mix, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, and stir.
3. Stuff the sausage, tying the edges together.
4. Bake in the oven until tender.
