Cheese casserole with berries and no flour: what to add for a puffy and light dough
Puffy, tasty and light cottage cheese casseroles can be an alternative to cheesecakes and pies. To make the dough homogeneous, mix it in a blender. To make the future dish lush, do not add flour to the base. Replace it with semolina.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, lush cottage cheese casserole with berries and semolina, which will be puffy and soft.
Ingredients:
- sour milk cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- semolina - 3.5 tbsp. tbsp.
- sugar - 2.5 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- leavening agent - 1 tsp. with a slide
- salt - a pinch
- berries - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except berries in a bowl, beat in a blender and leave for 1 hour.
2. Grease the mold with a drop of vegetable oil or butter, pour the batter and sprinkle with berries.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 160C and then 20 minutes at 180C.
