Caprese pizza without making the dough: bake in just 15 minutes
Homemade pizza can be prepared from different dough, from ready-made - puff pastry and pita, but you can also prepare your own dough on kefir, milk and water. For toppings you can use any vegetables, seafood, fish, sausage, minced meat, meat, leeks, olives, capers, mushrooms, herbs and any cheese, as well as sauces.

- pesto sauce

Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the puff pastry, roll out lightly and make incisions not all the way through.
2. Brush with the pesto sauce, alternate between tomatoes and mozzarella cheese cut into rings, sprinkle with salt and spices.
3. Brush the edges with egg yolk and bake at 180 C for about 20-30 minutes.
