For toppings you can use any vegetables, seafood, fish, sausage, minced meat, meat, leeks, olives, capers, mushrooms, herbs and any cheese, as well as sauces.

Ingredients:
- puff pastry
- tomatoes
- pesto sauce
- mozzarella
- salt, hops
- arugula
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the puff pastry, roll out lightly and make incisions not all the way through.

2. Brush with the pesto sauce, alternate between tomatoes and mozzarella cheese cut into rings, sprinkle with salt and spices.
