Budget liver cutlets for dinner: a recipe for a healthy and tasty dish
Liver is a very healthy and tasty product that can be the basis for making chops, cutlets, and delicate pate. It can also be added to hot salads.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious, juicy liver cutlets with green onions and grated carrots on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- milk - 150 ml
- salt and pepper
- medium carrot - 1 pc.
- small bunch of green onions
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the liver with a blender or meat grinder. Soak for 10-15 minutes in milk.
2. Add the carrots, finely chopped onion, eggs, spices, flour, and mix. Fry in a drop of oil on both sides.
Serve with sour cream or make a sandwich with a cutlet!
