Pancakes are an ideal breakfast dish that is very quick and easy to prepare, just like pancakes. Choose oatmeal flour so that the dish does not weigh down the flour. For a pleasant flavor, add vanilla to the dough, as well as fruits, such as bananas.

Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a recipe for delicious banana pancakes on Instagram, which are hearty and flavorful, and light and fluffy in texture.

Ingredients:

  • bananas – 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal – 90 g
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • cinnamon – 0.5 tsp.
  • honey – 1 hour.
  • oil – as needed

Method of preparation:

1. Put the oatmeal in a blender and grind.

2. Add the banana slices, egg, and cinnamon and continue blending until smooth.

3. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, spoon the batter, and bake the pancakes until golden brown.

Serve the dish with honey!
