Braised zucchini with cream cheese and herbs for dinner: the easiest recipe
Zucchini can be an alternative to any vegetable when preparing light lunch and dinner dishes. To prevent zucchini from falling apart when cooked, it is important to know that you should cook the vegetable, for example, in a frying pan, for no more than 15 minutes, and cook it even less.

Ingredients:
- onion - 1 pc.
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- pepper - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- hot pepper - to taste
- salt, pepper, favorite herbs
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- cream cheese - 1-2 tbsp.
- parsley or dill
- frying oil
Preparation method:
1 Fry the onion until transparent, then add the hot pepper and sweet pepper, fry for a few minutes.
2. Next, add the tomatoes and zucchini, cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, and add your favourite herbs. Simmer until the vegetables are soft.
3. Then add the garlic and cream cheese. Finally, sprinkle with herbs.
The finished dish will be delicious hot and cold!
