"Bird's milk" of jelly in 15 minutes: sharing the easiest recipe for summer dessert

Jelly desserts are the easiest treat to make, and even those who can't cook can make them. Add berries, fruit and citrus fruits for a bright flavor.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious dessert made of jelly - "Bird's milk", which is prepared elementary.
Ingredients:
White layer:
- sour cream - 800 g
- gelatin - 15-20 gr
- sugar - to taste
- water - 50 g
Brown layer:
- milk - 800 ml
- sugar - 150g
- cocoa - 40 g
- gelatine - 30 g
- water - 70 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Sour cream layer: pour water over the gelatin and let it swell. Whisk the sour cream with the sugar until the sugar dissolves, and add here the gelatin, slightly cooled, liquid. Mix until homogeneous. Pour into molds and place in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
2. Brown layer: pour the gelatin with water and let it swell. In a saucepan pour sugar, cocoa, stir and gradually pour milk, put on medium heat and stirring bring until sugar dissolves. Add (previously heated in the microwave or in a steam bath) gelatin, stir. Let the mass cool completely and pour into molds over white jelly. Place in refrigerator until solidified.
