Better than pies: fried patties with onion and egg
Every housewife knows how to make homemade, tasty, fluffy patties with different fillings and doughs. It's worth noting that they can be cooked not only in the oven but also in a frying pan.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for delicious fried patties with onions and a boiled egg on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- flour - 480 g
- kefir - 400 ml
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- oil - 3 tbsp. l.
The filling:
- boiled eggs - 6 pcs.
- green onions - 200 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Filling: boil the eggs, chop and finely chop the green onions, mix, salt and pepper.
2. For the dough: add baking soda to the kefir, mix and add salt, sugar and vegetable oil, add flour and knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands.
3. Put the dough in a bag and let it rest.
4. Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll or stretch by hand, put the filling, pinch the edges.
5. Heat the oil, fry the patties on each side for 3 minutes.
