Liver is a healthy and delicious product that can be used to make many hearty and original dishes, from pates to cakes, dumplings, pancakes, warm salads, chops and cutlets. The liver can also be deliciously stewed with apples and vegetables and made into flavorful rolls.

Ingredients:
- liver - 600 g
- oatmeal - 60 g
- raw onion - 1 pc.
- fried onions - 1 pc.
- boiling water - 200 ml
- milk - 75 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- rosemary - 0.5 tsp.
- oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- red pepper - 0.25 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over oatmeal, mix and leave for a few minutes to swell.
2. Dice one onion and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
3. Wash liver and put it in a blender. Add another diced onion, fried onion, milk, flour, eggs, salt, spices and beat until smooth.
4. Heat a frying pan. Add oil and fry the cutlets.
5. Put them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
