Better than chips: healthy snacks made from zucchini with spices and without oil
Zucchini is a versatile vegetable that can be used to prepare a variety of tasty and healthy dishes, from pies to pancakes, soups, savory snacks, pasta, and desserts. They can also be deliciously pickled, salted, and baked in the oven and on the grill.
The nutritionist's Instagram page has posted a recipe for healthy snacks made from zucchini with spices that are healthier than chips.
Ingredients:
- zucchini – 1 pc.
- salt – to taste
- any spices – 1/3 tsp.
- Parmesan cheese – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the zucchini into long sticks.
2. Season with salt, sprinkle with spices, and grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
3. Put them on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other.
4. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
You can eat them with hummus and fresh vegetables, it will be delicious!
