Light salads are the best dish for a light lunch or dinner. They can be made from a variety of products, but the basis of any salad is always vegetables, herbs, and to make the dish more satisfying, you can add seafood, fish, meat, cheese, and season with a delicious dressing.

Ingredients:
- Lettuce leaves
- Canned corn - 150 g
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Cheese - 80-100 g
- Mayonnaise (or sour cream)
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Salt - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the chicken fillet, cut into cubes.
2. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
3. Grate the cheese.
4. Chop or tear the lettuce leaves into pieces.
5. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and season with mayonnaise, add mustard and salt, and mix.
