Ingredients:
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Salt – 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar – 1/2 tsp.
- Milk – 100 ml
- Flour – 75 g
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Greens at will
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg with sugar and salt, pour in the milk, mix, and add the flour, and baking powder, mix thoroughly.
2. Grate the cheese and add it to the prepared mixture, mix well.
3. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the dough in the pan, and fry on both sides under the lid until golden brown.
