Liver is not only tasty but also a very healthy product. According to experts, it should be in everyone's diet. It can be cooked in different ways, as well as made into cutlets and chops, added to salads, and simply stewed in sauces with vegetables.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- apples - 2-3 pcs.
- onions - 2-3 pcs.
- flour - 3 tbsp
- oil for frying
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the apples into rings and remove the center. Fry in a frying pan on the sides in vegetable oil. Transfer to a plate.
2. Cut the onions into rings and fry them in the same pan over medium heat. Add the liver (cleaned of films and fat) and fry over low heat, dipped in flour.
3. Then put all the prepared ingredients in a frying pan alternately and season with salt and pepper. Add other spices if desired and cook for 1-2 minutes.
