One of the simplest dough products is delicious and hearty dumplings. The flavor of the dish depends entirely on the dough. In order for it not to be clogged, cooks advise to be sure to sift flour and add vegetable oil and eggs.
- flour - 600 g
- water - 180 ml
- vegetable oil - 30 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the flour with salt. Add eggs, water and vegetable oil, mix well and knead a tight, elastic dough.
2. Wrap in clingfilm and leave for at least 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the portioned piece of dough ad press out circles. Put the minced meat and onion inside and shape them.
4. Cook in boiling water until they float!
