Baked potatoes with bacon and garlic: sharing the easiest recipe for a delicious dish

Baked potatoes can be cooked in different ways, with sauces and herbs, spices. For a brighter flavor, add garlic, smoked paprika. And to make the potatoes soft, culinary experts advise adding lard or bacon.
Cook Julia shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious baked potatoes with butter, bacon and greens.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 6 pcs.
- bacon - 100 g
- butter - 40 g
- olive oil - 40 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- olive oil - 4 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- greens - bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes and dry them with a paper towel. Slightly notch the potatoes from the bottom so they don't tip over. Place them on a board and make transverse cuts without cutting all the way through, about every 5 mm.
2. Mix vegetable oil, add garlic, salt, pepper. Rub this mixture over the potatoes so that it gets into the cuts and put them into the molds.
3. Place thinly sliced bacon in the cuts and bake in a well heated oven for 50 minutes at 190C.
Serve the finished potatoes hot, you can with sauces and greens!
