Baked eggplants in sour cream for snack and lunch: an easy recipe for a delicious dish
Eggplants can be the basis for preparing delicious caviar, as well as appetizers in the form of rolls. They can also be fried, made into soups, stews and deliciously canned for the winter.
- eggplants - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 150 g
- garlic - 1 tooth.
- finely chopped parsley
- salt, pepper, marjoram
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cut the eggplants in half and then into 1 cm pieces. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram to taste and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley and garlic and mix with the sour cream.
4. Place in the baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
The dish will be delicious when hot!
