Delicious and spicy Asian-style zucchini in soy sauce with sesame seeds
Zucchini are ideal vegetables that can be used to make delicious soups, salads, caviar, fritters and appetizers. They can also be pickled and stewed.
- zucchini - 4 pcs.
- soy sauce - 60 ml
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- cornstarch - 2 tsp.
- oil - 4 tbsp.
- sesame seeds - to taste
1. Wash zucchini and cut them with the skin into oblong slices. The bars should be coarse enough so that they do not lose their shape during cooking.
2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Place zucchini and fry over high heat until browned, stirring gently from time to time.
3. Mix soy sauce and starch so there are no lumps. Add garlic and stir to combine.
4. When they are ready, pour the soy dressing. Cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes so that each bar is coated with the thick sauce evenly, stirring constantly. If the sauce is too thick, pour some soy sauce again.
