An alternative to bread: fluffy cottage cheese pancakes in 3 minutes
Pancakes are an ideal breakfast dish, and they can also be a great alternative to bread. The dish is easy to prepare, just make a good dough with milk, sour cream, kefir, or even water.
The recipe for successful pancakes with cottage cheese was published on the (cook_enjoying) Instagram page, which always turns out to be airy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- flour – 3 tbsp.
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- sugar or sweetener – to taste, but you can do without
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar in a blender.
2. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
3. Put the batter 1 tbsp in a frying pan, and fry under the lid on the sides over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
You can serve pancakes with jams, condensed milk, and instead of bread in soups and salads.
