Ingredients:
- milk –100 ml
- water – 100 ml
- flour – 160 g
- oil – 100 ml
- eggs – 5 pcs.
- salt, sugar – to taste, this is for adults, for children – without sugar
Method of preparation:
1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix milk, water, and butter, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and add flour, mix well. Then remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
2. Then add one egg at a time and mix well so that the consistency is neither liquid nor thick so that it slowly slides off the spoon.
3. Put the dough into a pastry bag fitted with a piping tip and place it on parchment.
4. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 C. Then reduce the temperature and bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and leave them there for another 10 minutes.
You can use any filling, sweet or savory.
