Potatoes can be the basis not only for soups, mashed potatoes and salads but also for delicious casseroles. You can also fry, stew, and bake potatoes in the oven and on the grill.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious Adjar-style khachapuri made with potatoes, cheese, and eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- mozzarella - 100-150 g
- potatoes - 1 kg
- green onions - 1/2 bunch
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- oil - 40-50 ml
- pepper, salt
- eggs - 3 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut potatoes into slices, add spices, garlic, and oil and mix.
2. Put in a baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
3. After that, remove and sprinkle with cheese, add raw eggs, and put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
It is better to eat the finished dish hot!
