Eggplants can be the basis for making delicious appetizers, salads, as well as caviar, spreads. They can also be baked on the fire, pickled, fried and cooked in batter.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious eggplant spread with garlic and hot peppers.

Ingredients:

  • eggplants - 3 pcs.
  • cream cheese 100 g
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • chili pepper 1/3
  • herbs (parsley)

Method of preparation:

1. Wash eggplants, bake in the oven, transfer after pulp in a blender.

2. Add chopped garlic, chili peppers, cheese and chopped parsley.

3. Mix everything well with a blender and you are ready to eat.
