A heartly soup with peppers and sausages
- half-smoked sausages
- 2.5 liters of meat broth
- sour cream - 200 g
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry onion until golden in a saucepan with vegetable oil. Add diced pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
2. Add diced potatoes and carrots, fry together for a couple of minutes and pour the broth. Cook until the potatoes are ready.
3. Add flour to sour cream, mix well and add a couple scoops of soup broth.
4. Add sausages and sour cream to the soup and stir well. Add herbs, salt, bring to a boil and turn off.
