A healthy zucchini roll with stuffing for dinner: cooks in 10 minutes

- zucchini - 1 pc.
- egg - 1 pc.
- milk - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
For the filling:

Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini on a fine grater, salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the liquid thoroughly.
2. Add the egg, milk, flour and mix.
3. Heat a frying pan, grease with vegetable oil and place the zucchini batter and, using a spatula, distribute over the entire surface. Fry on both sides.
4. Place the filling on the edge of the pancake and roll up.
