Ingredients:

  • flounder - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • cherry tomatoes - 5-8 pcs.
  • bell pepper 1 pc.
  • olive oil 1-2 tbsp.
  • lemon - 3-5 slices
  • favorite spices

Method of preparation:

1. Pre-clean the fish from the insides and rinse.

2. Cut onion and pepper into rings, and add tomatoes. Make cuts in the fish, insert a lemon, and pour lemon juice over it.

2. Add your favorite spices and oil.

3. Bake for about 25-35 minutes at 180 C.
