Lomachenko made a frank confession
Ukrainian boxer Vasyl Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs) said that when talking to Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs), he always avoids discussing each other's fights. Loma admitted that they don't need to recount fights because they are not rivals.
"Do I discuss his and my fights with Usyk? No, never. We don't talk about each other's fights. We are friends, not those who compete with each other," Lomachenko said in an interview with the Seconds Out YouTube channel.
Vasyl also commented on the situation around Usyk's fight against Tyson Fury, saying that everyone in the world wants to see this megafight: both those who follow boxing and those who do not.
"This is a very big fight. It's a very big challenge for both Oleksandr and Fury, as they have different skills. For me, it's a very interesting fight," summed up the former three-division world champion.
