Russian figure skating champion cynically speaks about "epidemic of aggression" against Russia in the West

Rodnina criticized the West

Three-time Olympic champion Irina Rodnina has thrown a tantrum over the denial of accreditation to Russian propagandists to work at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The former figure skater called it an "epidemic of aggression" on the part of the West against representatives of the Russian Federation.

Rodnina said this in a comment to the Kremlin's R-Sport news agency. The accomplice of Vladimir Putin's dictatorial regime accused Europeans and Americans of depriving pseudo-journalists from Russia of the opportunity to write the truth about how "everything is bad with the organization of the Games."

"The West no longer knows how to punish us. After all, sports journalists will not write badly about the competitions at the Olympics, they will write about how badly they are doing with the organization of the Games. And no one in the West needs such truth. I think they have an epidemic of aggression against Russia. They only tell us about their democracy, but in reality they have an absolute, excuse me, groupthink. Or, in other words, mutual responsibility," said Rodnina, whose daughter lives in California.

Earlier, two-time Olympic champion Olga Zaitseva called Ukrainians stupid for refusing to welcome Russians to the Olympics. Before that, famous figure skating coach Tatyana Tarasova attacked Ukrainians and hypocritically claimed that Russian citizens "are not the ones who wanted the war."

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, three-time Olympic champion Elena Vialbe said, "Russia has not declared war on anyone," and spoke nastily about the Olympic truce. In addition, the former skier called the upcoming Games in the French capital "squalor," for which she instantly received caustic comments from fans.
