"No one will go to any Olympics". Russia's hopes have been "cynically" ended

A well-known Russian commentator Dmitry Guberniev believes that Russian athletes should not hope to take part in the upcoming Olympic Games. According to the odious journalist, the conditions under which the IOC will allow Russian athletes to go to the Games are unrealistic.
"We are actually being offered the conditions of a refugee team. Of course, no one will go to any Olympics. Because the conditions are absolutely unrealistic and wild. I will return to my opinion that if they wanted to let us in, they would. And everything that is happening now is just an opportunity to cynically refuse us," Guberniev was quoted as saying by R-Sport news agency.
The commentator wished all compatriots who still believe in something blindly to take off their rose-coloured glasses.
"No miracle will happen, we will miss the Summer Olympics, then the Winter Olympics, and I have a feeling we will miss at least two more," Dmitry concluded.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin ordered to hold an alternative Olympic Games in 2024 called the Friendship Games.
A few days ago, the criteria that Russians must meet to participate in the 2024 Olympics were published. In particular, representatives of the Russian Federation will be able to compete in Paris in a neutral status, under the IOC flag and under the name "Neutral Athletes" or "Neutral Olympic Athletes". Afterwards, Olympic wrestling champion Mikhail Mamiashvili said that "we should go to the French capital in tanks".
