"Burn them": Putin's henchman from the international federation called the participants of the Olympic Games from Russia traitors

The so-called president of the International Boxing Association (IBA), Umar Kremlyov, has demanded that Russian athletes lose their Olympic licenses. The Vladimir Putin regime's henchman called the athletes who agree to go to the 2024 Games in Paris traitors.

Kremlyov's statement was made in an interview with the propaganda channel Match TV. The ardent fan of Russia's aggression against Ukraine noted that athletes who received a ticket to the 2024 Olympics should burn their licenses for the Games in the French capital.

"All 49 people who have received licenses should take these licenses and burn them. That's it. Why go around humiliating themselves? They should send them a letter and refuse to participate. But if someone goes, then for me personally they are traitors. They are betraying not only their country but also their values: what they are going there for. They should go to represent their people. They are rooting for them! And when there is no flag and anthem, who do you represent? Yourself? Then provide for yourself and choose another country," Kremlyov said.

Recently, the IBA, which used to humiliate Ukrainian boxers, caught up with karma due to the decision of the International Olympic Committee. The IBA banned our country's junior national team from competing under the national flag at the European Championships.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, the head of the All-Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation Irina Viner called neutral Russian athletes a "team of homeless people."
