On Tuesday, November 21, Moldovan President Maia Sandu came to Kyiv on a visit. Together with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky and First Lady Olena Zelenska, she honored the memory of activists who died during the Revolution of Dignity.

This was reported on the website of the President of Ukraine. The politicians installed lamps to the cross on the Alley of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred. They paid tribute to the fallen near their portraits to the sound of a bell.

As a reminder, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius arrived in Ukraine on an unannounced visit to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky. The politician arrived in Kyiv by train early in the morning on Tuesday, November 21. The German delegation was met at the capital's railway station.

The main topics that the minister will discuss with the Ukrainian side will be the training of the Armed Forces and military assistance.

- Zelensky and Sandu held talks on November 8, a historic day for the two countries. Then the European Commission recommended starting negotiations on Kyiv and Chisinau's membership in the European Union. The politicians agreed to coordinate steps towards joining the bloc.

- Ukraine and Romania helped Moldovan citizens evacuate from the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) ground operation against Hamas militants is underway.
