"Servant" Bezuhla proposed to dismiss Zaluzhny: the network reacted harshly. Photo
People's Deputy of Ukraine from the Servant of the People party Mariana Bezuhla called on the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny to resign due to his alleged inability to provide a plan for 2024. Her statements caused outrage online.
The MP expressed her opinion on her Facebook page. She accused Zaluzhnyi of saying that mobilization in Ukraine is aimed at recruiting as many people as possible "without any proposal to change the Armed Forces system."
"Now the situation is such that if the military leadership cannot provide any plan for 2024, and all their proposals for mobilization boil down to the fact that more people are needed without any proposal to change the Armed Forces system, then such a leadership should go," the MP wrote.
Bezuhla also accompanied the post with a number of rhetorical questions about the cost of creating a new brigade, financing rotation and demobilization, purchasing turnstiles, etc.
The harsh reaction of Facebook users was not long in coming. Under Bezuhla's post, Ukrainians noted that, for example, "the Ministry of Defense is in charge of procurement (of turnstiles and other things), not the General Staff or the Commander-in-Chief." They called the questions in the MP's post manipulative.
The author was also reminded that she was not competent to make such proposals and advised not to "squirm an important MP".
Anatoliy Stefan "Stirlitz", an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, also responded to Bezuhlaya's post. He reminded the MP that she was silencing the main problem.
"How did they prepare for the war? The Armed Forces of Ukraine took the fight with all the forces and means available. And now it is easy to write about the wrong leadership of the Armed Forces, the wrong soldiers and the wrong defense, and most importantly, simply blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine for everything," he said.
Volunteer Roman Burko wrote on Facebook that in this way Bezuhla "committed another information provocation that bears the signs of a planned ISIS in the interests of certain political groups and plays into the hands of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation." Also, according to him, the MP "once again voiced her unfounded and unsubstantiated accusations against the Ukrainian command and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine."
In addition, Burko said that analysts from the international intelligence community InformNapalm analyzed Bezuhla's post and concluded that "she is trying to play on the emotions of people who do not know that none of the commanders of the Armed Forces, including the Commander-in-Chief, should report to Mariana Bezuhla on strategic plans."
European Solidarity MP Volodymyr Ariev wrote on Facebook that a new attack by "servants" on the military leadership has begun.
"I will not evaluate the terminology of the inadequates, but to hope that the military will tell any plans to the talking head of Bankova Street with the intelligence of a snail is to be a very self-confident head," the MP said.
The MP was also defamed on the Facebook page "Fight for Ukraine". They joked that they had found a great expert in military affairs.
Memes have also begun to appear online. Users note that the only plan of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the next year is to f**k ru**ians.
Yuriy Hudymenko, a soldier and head of the Ukrainian Association "Mriya", said on Facebook that Bezuhla was committing a crime with her attacks on the military command and personally on the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhny.
We are talking about either Part 1 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code - "Disclosure of information constituting a state secret by a person to whom this information was entrusted or became known in connection with the performance of official duties" - if Bezuhla knows what she is saying. Or about Article 259 of the Criminal Code - "Knowingly false report of a threat to the safety of citizens" - if the MP does not know what she is saying, Gudymenko clarified.
He promised to file a statement with the Security Service of Ukraine.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Bezuhla launched an extremely strange poll. The deputy head of the parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence asked whether Ukrainians wish death to members of the Verkhovna Rada.
