Anita Lutsenko named a trick that prevents her from losing weight

Famous Ukrainian trainer Anita Lutsenko told us why we always want sweets and how to cope with it. It's no secret that sweets are rich in fast carbohydrates, which leads to weight gain if you don't control the amount you consume.

On Instagram, a trainer revealed one of the greatest deceptions of the brain and named two ways to help "pacify" it: drinking enough water and eating nutritious foods.

"When the brain asks for sweets, it's a lie. In fact, the body needs protein or water at that moment," she wrote.

In particular, Alina Lutsenko is not against sweets, but if they are consumed in moderation. The best and easiest way to give up sweets is to eat enough fiber and protein.

"You have to try very hard to eat the normal amount of protein and fiber, and then there is almost no room for sweets. I'm not against sweets, I'm rather in favor of them, but I'm elegantly in favor of them! For pleasure and enjoyment, not nutrition," the coach explained.

In the comments to her post, Lutsenko does not deny that the obligatory dessert after a meal may well be just a habit.
