Mouthwatering marinated mackerel with Tom Yum paste: an interesting recipe

Ingredients:
- mackerel - 2-3 pcs
Marinade:
- water - 1 liter
- onion - 1 pc
- bay leaf - 2 pcs
- salt - 50 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- Tom Yum paste - 1.5-2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the mackerel, cut off the head and tail and remove the entrails. Disassemble into fillets, removing the bones.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and bring to a boil. Put the mackerel fillets in a suitable container and pour the marinade over. Cover with a lid or cling film and refrigerate.
3. Marinate for at least 24 hours. For a more intense flavor, leave it for 48 hours.
Serve with onions and greens - it will be even more delicious!
