Food blogger Galina Nemesh(halyna_nemesh) shared a recipe for egg sandwiches with red fish on her Instagram page.
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
- red onion - 1 pc
- mayonnaise - 4-5 tbsp
- red fish
- salt, pepper, spices
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs and mash them with a fork when cooked.
2. Chop the onions and cucumbers.
3. Mix all the ingredients, add mayonnaise and spices. Knead the mixture with a fork.
4. If you want to make croutons, pre-dry the bread in the oven. Grease it with the filling, put a piece of red fish on top.
