Ingredients:

• Cherry tomatoes - 500 gr
• Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
• Olive oil - 5-7 tbsp
• Salt
• Garlic - 4 cloves
• Cilantro - a bunch
• A mixture of peppers
• Dried chili pepper - to taste, but you can do without it

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into 4 pieces, and put them in a deep bowl.

2. Peel and chop the garlic.

3. In a separate container, combine apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, chopped herbs and spices. Mix well.
