What to make dietary lazy stuffed cabbage
If we are talking about stuffed cabbage, it is always a rather fatty and hearty dish, in which there is a lot of sauce and minced meat. But the products can also be made dietary. Your lunch will be very useful and nutritious.
- minced chicken - 500 g
- rice - 70 g
- cabbage - 150 g
- carrots - 1 pc
Ingredients for sauce:
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- water - half a cup
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the rice.
2. Mix minced meat, carrots, rice and cabbage.
3. Form cutlets with wet hands.
4. Place on the pan.
5. Pour sauce (sour cream + tomato paste + water).
6. Cover with a lid and roast over medium heat for 40 minutes.
