What to make dietary lazy stuffed cabbage
If we are talking about stuffed cabbage, it is always a rather fatty and hearty dish, in which there is a lot of sauce and minced meat. But the products can also be made dietary. Your lunch will be very useful and nutritious.
The idea of cooking dietary lazy stuffed cabbage for lunch is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Lapchenko (valeria_lapchenko). They are stewed directly in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- rice - 70 g
- cabbage - 150 g
- carrots - 1 pc
Ingredients for sauce:
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- water - half a cup
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the rice.
2. Mix minced meat, carrots, rice and cabbage.
3. Form cutlets with wet hands.
4. Place on the pan.
5. Pour sauce (sour cream + tomato paste + water).
6. Cover with a lid and roast over medium heat for 40 minutes.
