Fritters are a perfect dish not only for breakfast but also as a snack. If you supplement them with fruits like apples or bananas, the children will love the treat. You should not add sugar to the dough for the dish to be more useful. There should also be minimum flour.

Ingredients:
- apples - 1 pc
- eggs -1 pc
- flour - 1,5-2 tbsp.
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the apple. Remove the core and grate it on a coarse grater.
2. Add egg and stir.
3. Add flour and cinnamon to the mixture. Mix thoroughly again.
4- Fry the fritters in a non-stick pan (it can be greased with oil) on low flame under a lid. Bon appetit!
