What kind of vegetables to give your child to make it tasty: a very basic and budget dish
Feeding a child with vegetables is quite a task. Kids often flatly refuse to eat such healthy foods. Instead, they choose sweets or semifinished products. But the situation can be remedied with one dish.
The idea of making delicious vegetable donuts for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv). All products in this dish remain healthy.
Ingredients:
- carrots – 1 medium
- spinach – 4-5 leaves
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- flour – 2 tbsp
- olive oil – 1 tbsp
- soda – on the tip of a knife
- spices – turmeric and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Beat carrots, spinach, eggs in a blender bowl.
2. Add flour and oil.
3. Add spices and baking soda.
4. Mix well.
5. Put it into the forms.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes (time depends on the power of the oven and the size of the baking dish).
7. You can offer these donuts to children from the age of 6 months.
