Broken Glass is a basic no-bake cake made with jelly. If you don't have time to stand at the stove for long before the holidays, this dessert will be a real lifesaver. It will be delicious if you choose kiwi and orange.
The idea of making the most delicious Broken Glass cake was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname top_havchik_. It will also turn out very beautiful.
Ingredients:
- jelly - 2 packs
- sour cream - 700 g
- gelatin - 30 g
- powdered sugar - 200 g
- water - 400 g in jelly + 50 g in gelatin
Method of preparation:
1. Pour hot water over the jelly and stir.
2. Put in the refrigerator until completely frozen.
3. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar.
4. Pour cold water over the gelatin and wait until it swells.
5. Melt in a water bath and add to the sour cream, stirring constantly.
6. Cut the frozen jelly into squares.
7. Put randomly to the sour cream and put in the refrigerator until completely frozen.
