Ingredients:

• jelly - 2 packs
• sour cream - 700 g
• gelatin - 30 g
• powdered sugar - 200 g
• water - 400 g in jelly + 50 g in gelatin

Method of preparation:

1. Pour hot water over the jelly and stir.

2. Put in the refrigerator until completely frozen.

3. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar.

4. Pour cold water over the gelatin and wait until it swells.

5. Melt in a water bath and add to the sour cream, stirring constantly.

6. Cut the frozen jelly into squares.

7. Put randomly to the sour cream and put in the refrigerator until completely frozen.
